Concentrix + Webhelp is looking for a progressive and forward-thinking EMEA Bid Manager to assist in the design and development of industry leading proposals. Your network and organization skills will be key to manage proposal. .As an EMEA Bid Manager you will join the dots between different proposals, harvesting the best content and tailoring it to the client with the aim of developing winning bespoke proposals for our clients and prospects. Being an EMEA bid manager at Concentrix + Webhelp is a strategic role as you will be part of the team that drives growth across the company. As an EMEA bid manager, you will facilitate win themes and strategy discussions to establish points of differentiation while also contributing to and challenging winning strategies. As an EMEA Bid Manager, you work to evolve the bid management practices with stakeholders across the end-to-end bid process, enhancing the quality of output, whilst reducing the overall effort required to complete a bid. As EMEA Bid Manager Lead, you are also pivotal within the sales process, helping to ensure a timely response whilst ensuring all local and regional governance is complete. As an EMEA Bid Manager, you will use your experience in bid management to champion our team across the Concentrix + Webhelp Group, identifying opportunities for engagement and value-added solutions.

Main Accountabilities:

Bid Management:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end bid process; from pre bid/ sales stage through to in-life bid management, submission and post bid activities including supporting presentations, site visits and contracting process.
  • Direct the bid through the bid process ensuring team adherence to templates, tools and governance gates, whilst meeting deadlines
  • Guide and support the creation of effective win strategies and challenge them in partnership with solution architects and business development managers
  • Set out the process/planning for bids in such a way that it allows the necessary strategy/win theme conversations to take place, so that they are reviewed as well as signed off by the required stakeholders.
  • Manage the bid team in terms of coordinating effort and resources from business development, solutions and further internal departments, as well as any third-party suppliers or contractors
  • Own the governance: Build a bid plan, provide response allocations and timelines to respond
  • Kick off the effort and manage regular communication, including status and review meetings as well as workshops; Ensure all stakeholders are informed and actions are documented and followed up
  • Manage and collect clarification questions from the bid team and assess responses.
  • Contribute to both the solution, and the commercial proposals
  • Responsibility for the resulting proposal and documents, including the content, design and format as well as the quality assurance of the proposal documentation
  • Effectively source content from knowledge libraries, relevant presentations, briefing papers, credentials, capability documents, case studies etc
  • Support content development and audit the team’s contributions to deliver a complete and winning response, accurately promoting the wide range of services offered by Concentrix + Webhelp
  • Ensures the appropriate governance and sign-off are achieved for proposal design and commercial approval for all client opportunities
  • Assist in the management, development and improvement of Concentrix + Webhelp’s knowledge libraries to build and share knowledge as well as to support winning new business and retaining and growing existing clients.

Client Engagement:

  • Participate in the presentation and or Site Visits as part of the opportunity development.

Bid Management Process and Resources:

  • Owning and continuously improving the processes, documentation, tools and methodologies used to facilitate the design of award winning, tech-led proposals
  • Ensuring that the effort taken to develop and propose solutions reduces over time through the management of knowledge, learning and the maintenance of a library of reusable content

Proposal Development:

  • Lead the production of a ‘Best in class’ solution content for proposal documents and presentations
  • Ensuring high-quality proposal development, with an exceptional eye for detail to ensure best-in-class proposal output using industry-standard tools such as MS Office and other tooling as required.

Skills Needed:

  • 2 years or more experience in an advanced contact center / Professional Business Services Solutions Provider, Customer care analytics and/or technology practitioner role, solutions, consulting, or equivalent
  • 2 year’s experience in the design, development and delivery of Customer Engagement proposals across global organizations
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business challenges

  • Understanding of contact/engagement center bids and associated structure and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a bid team in developing best-in-class proposals
  • Focuses on results and is committed to high personal standards with a desire to achieve and develop themselves
  • Has a ‘can do’ attitude, with a passion for performing in a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong bid management and organizational skills
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Capable of harnessing passion and building strong and effective relationships with very different personality types

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail working on formal bids and client proposals
  • Ability to work in a diversified cultural environment and manage key stakeholders across multiple regions
