Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts. Additionally, the Sales Manager will stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Increase revenue by securing through cold outreach and prospecting along with respective account teams
  • Build sales pipeline in line with sales targets set .
  • Be responsible for the Sales to Delivery process; supported by the Project Delivery and Technical Teams
  • Develop and nurture a net new sales funnel from prospecting and networking
  • Construct and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on their requirements
  • Grow accounts lines of business into multiple lines and high yield
  • Manage a complete sales cycle, and support the project management/ technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Expected to understand the competitive landscape and demonstrate cipher’s key value propositions
  • Work closely with both the Account Sales and Marketing team to build campaigns and enhance prospect/client meetings
  • Daily activities will include prospecting, qualifying, closing, and project and technical management support on closed deals
  • Create, Implement, and Execute on Strategic Account Plans
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements. Submitting unsolicited proposals for these requirements.
  • Respond to client issued RFQ, RFI and RFP working with pre-sales team, to prepare best in class solutions, estimate the changes required to deliver the proposed solution and work with finance/account team to measure the margins.
  • Prospects new business by conducting research to identify key decision makers and influencers within target accounts
  • Facilitates successful outcomes to optimize profits
  • Reports Customer Contacts: Updates customer relationship management tools regularly and timely
  • Provides consistent and accurate forward-looking information though pipeline analysis
  • Optimizes Internal Resources: Gathers internal support to pursue an account
  • Prioritizes selling activities and follows through in a timely fashion

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity solutions
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
