Job purpose:

As the Enterprise Sales Manager at Grubtech, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales within the enterprise sector of the FoodTec/Quick Commerce market. You’ll engage with CXOs, manage complex deployments, lead technical discussions, and employ consultative selling approaches to understand client needs and provide coherent recommendations. Additionally, you’ll recruit, manage, and coach direct reports, track metrics, report progress, and implement corrective actions while leveraging CRM and Revenue Operations best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engagement with senior decision makers in global brands and international franchisees
  • Engage in meaningful dialogues and build relationships with C-suite executives in enterprise-level companies within the food-tech/Q-commerce sector.
  • Foster a deep understanding of global brands strategic objectives and digitization initiatives and align our product(s) to these objectives.
  • Consultative Selling and Industry Understanding
  • Employ consultative selling techniques, comprehensively understanding of the client’s PNL, operational challenges, and the digitization landscape within the sector and offer coherent and value driven recommendations.
  • Have a deep understanding of restaurant and q-commerce unit economics and how the product(s) can create value to the customer and be able to articulate and present your findings.
  • Complex Deployment Management
  • Oversee and manage complex cross departmental deployment processes, demonstrating an advanced understanding of technical discussions related to the company’s solutions.
  • Team Management and Coaching
  • Recruit, manage, and coach direct reports, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and providing guidance for their professional development.
  • Metrics Tracking and Reporting
  • Accurately enter and maintain your pipeline, activities, and prospects in CRM tools.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets and forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure your sales goal is achieved.
  • CRM and Revenue Operations
  • Implement and execute best practices in CRM utilization and Revenue Operations to optimize sales processes and efficiencies.

Education, Qualifications, and Minimum Requirments:

  • 5-6 years of sales expertise within the Foodtech/SaaS industry.
  • 2-3 years KSA Experience
  • Outstanding sales performance record.
  • Proficient in managing multiple teams.
  • Proven history of conducting effective monthly reviews and semi-annual performance assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability in advancing employees to higher-level roles, particularly in developing managers.
  • Exhibited skills in planning, organizing, and delivering structured team training.
  • Held a mid-management role within the company for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate teams.
  • A results-driven mindset
  • Over the phone and in person sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • Experience engaging with CXOs and managing complex deployments.
  • Strong understanding of PNL, operations, and digitization within the industry.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, managing, and coaching direct reports.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Revenue Operations best practices.

Skills & Competencies required:

  • C-Level Engagement: Maturity and finesse in engaging and dialoguing with CXOs.
  • Technical Acumen: Capability to manage complex deployments and engage in basic technical discussions.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to understand PNL, operations, and digitization to provide coherent recommendations.
  • Team Management: Experience in recruiting, managing, and coaching direct reports.
  • Metrics Tracking and Reporting: Proficiency in tracking sales metrics, reporting progress, and implementing corrective actions.
  • CRM and Revenue Ops: In-depth understanding and implementation of best practices in CRM and Revenue Operations.

Language skills required:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic language.
