Position: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Kuwait – Head Office

Type: Full-time

We are looking for HRBP to join us in our commitment to excellence. The HRBP will play a crucial role in aligning human resources strategies with business goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
  • Actively listen to employee concerns, complaints, and inquiries, and work towards resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Oversee and manage social insurance and health insurance processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing necessary assistance to employees.
  • Draft and distribute internal memos to ensure clear and consistent communication within the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address employee-related issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure HR practices are in compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects as needed, contributing to the overall development and success of the HR function.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in human resources management or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Has good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Has previous experience in Retail industry.
