Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources – EMEA
Job Purpose:
We’re seeking a Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA to oversee HR initiatives for approximately 400 team members across Europe. This role is pivotal within the leadership team, requiring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Support locations and leaders in recruitment, training, performance management, and problem-solving.
- Mentor HR staff for professional growth.
- Lead employee engagement efforts and HR activities.
- Collaborate on global people strategy with senior leadership.
- Ensure legal compliance and oversee HR budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of European employment laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
